Many moons ago I started eating food. This basic function of human survival became something more and more important as life passed by and maturity replaced child-like whims and fantasies. Suddenly, food became the reason to do most things. Travelling from Sri Lanka to South Africa, munching on nasi goreng to baboti and mainly remembering those moments that involved food. Then choosing food as part of my occupation, it has grown to be my passion.

The Costa Blanca food snob is my honest, unbiased assessment, good or bad, of the collection of gastronomical establishments we have in this region. We have many choices. Hopefully, this will help people make decent choices about where to eat and also offer constructive feedback from well informed customers to those restaurants that want it.
